Girly Shop want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel that our product is not the best fit for your requirements, we want to make things right.
We offer a money back guarantee within 60 days from date of purchase. Once we receive your request, we will issue a refund within a week of approval. You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Our payment gateway or your financial institution can take up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card statement. If, for any reason, we are unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, you will be provided equivalent credit for the amount (for any future purchases). A $ 15 handling fee will be charged on all returned orders. Photos must be provided or the original product being returned to Girly Shop warehouse. The returned dresses must be in brand new, unused and good condition and in original boxes (whenever possible), and with accessories to ensure full credit.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

You have 12 hours from the time the confirmation is received to contact Girly Shop regarding canceling or adjusting the purchase order.

Returns/Exchanges/Refund

No returns/exchanges/refund If order is as requested (custom-made/made-to-order & Pre-made items), on sale items (or with discount code) & no longer want an item.
And Since Girly Shop offer free shipping worldwide for all orders, if you want to exchange the goods (Pre-made items), you will need to pay the shipping cost from you to us or from us back to you.
So please prepare your time carefully before deciding your little girls sizes/colors of the goods.
