Our products are shipped from multiple warehouses so If your order contains a variety of products, it may be split up into multiple shipments & your order will be shipped with standard shipping with a tracking number.

Girly Shop is not responsible for any shipping errors and delays due to the post office or incorrect addresses provided by the buyers.
So if your tracking numbers shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend you check with your postman/post office, neighbors, and/or front desk or leasing office (if the address is for an apartment/ business complex).

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns/exchanges/refund If order is as requested (custom-made/made-to-order & Pre-made items), for sale items (or with discount code) & no longer want an item.
And Since Girly Shop offer free shipping worldwide for all orders, if you want to exchange the goods (Pre-made items only), you will need to pay the shipping cost from you to us or from us back to you. And you have to provide a tracking number for the items you want to exchange to us.
